About Nicholas

Nicholas began his web career in late 2011 after a long flirtation with the physical sciences in college. With the help and guidance of a number of great mentors, he has already made solid inroads into the world of e-commerce. Proficient in catalog management and merchandising, as well as front-end development and design implementation in content management systems such as Magento and Wordpress, Nicholas is an extremely versatile asset.

The SOL Republic project I was involved in was a full-store rebuild on the Magento e-commerce platform. My roles on the redesign team were to code some of the javascript on the home pages, and implement the designs for the home, cart, checkout, and account pages. I also themed the cross sell and related product widgets and made numerous other minor adjustments to the site. I continue to work with them on catalog and website updates.
